About 3 hours before your flight lands, our dispatch team confirms live flight status and notifies your chauffeur. The chauffeur stages at the airport 30 minutes before ETA and pulls into the charter staging area the moment your flight touches down. For groups of 10 or more, the chauffeur walks inside the terminal to baggage claim holding a sign with your group leader's name.
